The Fashion Department in Limerick School of Art and Design (LSAD) has been ranked as one of the top 50 fashion courses worldwide. Her work is influenced by a broad range of cultural, historical and scientific topics. However, she has always had a special interest in History and really enjoys working with and researching historical themes. Gráinne has worked in collaboration with the Hunt Museum, Limerick, creating a piece based on a 12th-century copper hand-warmer from their treasury. Her piece, titled 'Manus Sancti', was selected to be displayed in the Museum's 'Tailoring the Treasury' exhibition.
