A Pro Loco event challenges artists to create a brand-new original piece of art, from scratch, in one day! The Arts Centre will display the work in a gallery exhibition during Heritage Week (18th-25th August). During the week, the public are encouraged to vote for the painting they feel should win and an independent panel of three judges will award votes to the paintings they judge as 1st, 2nd and 3rd. The combined votes decide on the winning paintings. The winners will be announced at a reception at 3pm on Saturday 25th August. The prizes in all categories will be art materials.
