STAC are delighted to be hosting the 2025 Tipperary Bealtaine Festival launch.
The launch will coincide with the opening of our upcoming exhibition WAAG - an archive. This exhibition revisits the Women Artists Action Group (1987-1991) through their archive and examines the lasting legacy and impact of the group on Irish Art. Find out more about WAAG- an archive here
Join us at 6 – 8pm, Thursday 1st May at South Tipperary Arts Centre, the launch will also be opened by Cllr Declan Burgess, Cathaoirleach Tipperary County Council.
Each May, Bealtaine is presented as an annual nationwide festival celebrating the arts and creativity as we age. Tipperary County Council Arts Office and Tipperary Library Service work together to deliver a full and varied programme of events and activities right across the county.
